The room rental is included in the relevant package, provided the minimum number of guests is met. If the number of guests is significantly lower than the room's capacity, additional room rental may be charged.
A reservation can be held for up to 14 days.
Changes must be communicated at least 2 weeks before the event via email (banqueting@dennenhof.valk.com).
We are open to menu adjustments. You are welcome to discuss your preferences. Tables will be set with linen, candles, flowers, and menus. Larger flower arrangements can be provided at an additional cost.
Table arrangements must be submitted in writing at least 2 weeks in advance. If we need to rearrange the room due to late delivery, the work hours will be charged. If possible, we request the guest list to be sent digitally.
Cancellations of the number of guests will be charged based on the general terms of your contract.
Free parking is available.
All prices for events include service, unless otherwise stated.
There is sufficient cloakroom space. It is free but at your own risk.
When booking the room, a deposit will be requested based on the general terms in your contract.
Deposit Terms:
- 25% of the total amount upon booking the event.
- 50% of the estimated total amount at least 1 month before the event.
Meals and drinks for performers (DJ, band, drivers, technicians, etc.) are the responsibility of the organizer and must follow the booked package.
The use of confetti and party poppers is not allowed due to the difficulty of cleaning stains from floors and carpets. A fine of €250 will apply.
Evening events with drinks and dessert only are not possible.
All changes to your confirmed event must be sent digitally to the banqueting manager. Phone contact is not sufficient.
Prices in this brochure are valid until the end of 2025.
